As a Retention Specialist, you’ll:
✅ Proactively engage with our clients to maintain and strengthen relationships.
✅ Analyze accounts to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Implement creative strategies to improve customer retention.
✅ Be the hero who helps our clients feel supported and valued. 💪

What We’re Looking For:
💡 Licensed Life and/or Health Insurance agents are strongly preferred.
💡 Previous experience in customer service, retention, or sales is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
💡 Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
💡 A passion for delivering amazing customer experiences.
